Yogi Bhajan shared a number of very powerful teachings on the nature of Love. All of the worlds wisdom traditions tell us that Love starts with the Self.
In Kundalini Yoga, there are specific Kriyas (physical exercises) and powerful meditations for cultivating Self Love. These practices help develop inner radiance and vitality and guide you to experience & ignite the light of your infinite being that resides in the heart.
These teachings are deeply healing and help to lift the vibration of the heart, so that we can experience deeper more profound states of love.
In short, they strengthen the heart; physically, energetically & spiritually.
A Kundalini Yoga class is a specific combination of Movement, Mantra, Meditation & Pranayama (breathing exercises) called a Kriya. We will finish with a 20 minute Gong Bath to integrate the energies.
